can someone perhaps give me a hint how I have to change the eval value in the TCA.php file of my extension in order to write and use my own validation routine? |

hi, anybody uses tt_news and indexed_search? I didnt understand how to index ALL my tt_news database records without the user to read'em first. I know it has something to do with the crawler, but dunno what to do |

the doc_core_api only mentions it but doesn't provide a good example :/ |

hi. i don't quite seem to understand how typo3 handles subdomains. i set up www.architektenschaft.de with two "branches" one is www.kontext.architektenschaft.de the other is www.konstruktion.architektenschaft.de |
| 14:08 |
ralze |
when adressed directly everything works fine |
| 14:09 |
ralze |
but but when one navigates through the menu, the subdomain gets "lost" and everything runs under the last uri that was directly entered in the adress bar of the browser |

hello bedlamhotel, can you give me a tip about RTE transformation inside an extension? |
| 21:08 |
bedlamhotel |
tanob: not really. The way I take care of that is to choose the appropriate option in the kickstarter... |
| 21:09 |
tanob |
hmm |
| 21:09 |

the problem is that im getting directly from the DB |

and links are coming like <link> |
| 21:09 |

...pick the right one and your extension's RTEs should act just like all the others. |

no, a FE extension |
| 21:09 |

i'll take a look in function t3lib_parseHTML::TS_links_rte() |

bedlamhotel: i think 5.2.3 is a pita to run somehow. http://www.fibag.ch/ <--> http://fibag.autoglobal.ch/ . the second site is the developer server, the first one the live server. On the live server, there is php 5.2.3 and the site is mirrored, somehow, some things just don't work on that new server |
| 21:42 |
ndee |
the same database, the same files but just a different result |
| 21:43 |
bedlamhotel |
ndee: what kind of differences? (I'm definitely not an expert on the differences between php versions...) |
| 21:44 |

as you can see on the second page, there is a picture in the middle whereas on the live server, there is just nothing |
| 21:44 |
ndee |
it's not mapped in the backend |

but I do mirror also the DB so the entries should be the same. |
