egoleo, TYPO3 is huge - It took me a lot of time too to get started, probably 2 month but I had no background knowledge. I'm doing all my projects in typo3 though now so I think it was time well invested. |

Learning typo3 just for one project IMO is a difficult task although not impossible. I think most of the people here are working with typo3 on a regular basis. |

you could also lookup yaml for templavoila. it's an extension which has the yaml framework already premapped and comes with premade typoscript for menues etc. |

interesting @ nkuttler. I always create my menues from scratch anyway. I decided for yaml because it's already premapped and saves time. Our clients are stingy :-) |
