My model does extend the model of the extension model - the problem is that my model is not used - still the other model will be used/loaded. This relies on the fact, that the extension uses an own repository, fetching its models. So I guess there's no easy way to get the extension to use the new model instead of the own. |

I extended TCA and stuff, created my model extending the extension model - in the backend the new fields/properties are also shown - the problem is, that the new methods 'getNewField()' etc. which are implemented in my model, are not used, because my model is not used by the extension. |
